town, harbour and bay, (see picture above, taken from the living room), and yet in only minutes you can walk into
the centre of town, with it's numerous shops, restaurants, galleries and
craft centres. All of the beaches in St. Ives are easily reached on

that both flats have an allocated off-road parking space.

About St. Ives
St. Ives in Cornwall is perhaps the most
beautiful coastal town in the South West, full of history, art, and four
of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall.
The town has a superb selection of restaurants, cafes, and pubs and
has developed a very cosmopolitan feel together with an art and cultural
scene which acts as a magnet for visitors from all over the world.
St Ives has been named the Guardian
seaside town of the year, 2007.
Alongside 11 other
short listed coastal towns and cities from around Britain and Ireland,
St Ives faced an intense grilling by a star-studded panel of judges
which included Bill Bryson and Rick Stein as well as John Betjeman’s
daughter, Candida Lycett Green. But the combination of St Ives’ golden,
Atlantic washed beaches, artistic draw and strong cultural identity made
it a clear choice for the coveted title.
