The Big Picture Holiday Apartments are
arranged over 3 floors. The main entrance to both apartments is accessed
by 10 stone steps, with an iron handrail to the left.
Flat 1 (two bedroomed apartment) is
arranged on one floor, but there is a step up from the hallway into the
rear of the property which houses the kitchen and second bedroom.
Flat 2 (four bedroomed apartment) is
arranged over two floors. After climbing the steps to the main entrance,
there is a further flight of stairs to the main area of the flat, with
the kitchen, lounge/dining room, family bathroom, and one bedroom with
ensuite all on this floor. There is a further flight of stairs to the
second floor where there are 3 further bedrooms (2 doubles with ensuites,
and a single bedroom).
The quickest way to town is signposted
down steps directly opposite the property. This is involves quite a
number of steps which bring you out in the Market Place.
There is a less challenging, and more
pushchair or wheelchair friendly route to town, located less than 100
yards along the road, and this has fewer steps, which are also shallower
and easier to descend or ascend.
There is an off-road parking space
immediately outside the property, on level concrete ground. The parking
space for the 4 bedroom flat is to the side of the property and the
space is quite narrow. Most cars will fit, but you may want to unload
luggage and passengers before parking.
