TO MAKE A BOOKING
Telephone us on 07803 129918 or email us at sarah@bigpictureholidays.co.uk to check availability. We can then take your booking over the phone. Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance require a third deposit to secure the booking, then the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Bookings made six weeks or less in advance require full payment at the time of reserving the apartment. We will send you a booking confirmation which will detail all the relevant prices and dates and should be checked carefully. 

On receipt of your deposit, we will send you an acknowledgment indicating the amount of the balance to pay and when it is due. No further reminder will be sent before the due date. If your balance payment is not received by the due date a reminder will then be sent. We reserve the right to re-offer the holiday if the balance is still not received following this reminder.  When your balance is received, an acknowledgment will again be sent together with arrival details.

Payment
Cheques should be payable to S. Parker

When paying the balance, we require a separate cheque for £100 as a deposit against breakages or additional cleaning. This is returned to you in full within 14 days of your holiday if no loss, damage or additional cleaning is incurred.
